Never choose this place your next home, the management Jenny is a mess!
Worst place with the worst leasing agents named Teresa and Jenny. When Daniel was here this place was much better. Now the leasing agents are making the lives of the tenants incredibly hard and it’s full of cockroaches. Also, the parking is horrible and there are not enough visitors parking. It seems that the leasing agents are colluding with the predatory tow truck company to tow as much as cars as possible. Instead of helping tenants, these hideous leasing agents are ruining tenants’ lives.
Tenants need to be aware of their California Tenant Rights. Take pictures immediately at move in and at move out. Document any problem w/ the apartment . You will be asked to pay for painting even if you reside there over the two-year time where the Cal. Code states tenants are not financially liable for the cost. Beware !!! They claim they need to paint all walls & ceiling for a new tenant - not just touch up.
I live here now, don’t really have any issues at all actually. Wish there was more parking assignation or even visitor parking. I mean 12 spots isn’t much when most only get 1 parking pass but other then that everyone is nice. Been towed twice unfortunately but they do say move every 24 hours.
