Ok place to live for some.
I’ve been living at The Veranda’s since day 1 of (3/2017) of the opening of Phase Two. There is no where I’d rather live. The Zanieda and staff are amazing and efficient, takes care immediately any concerns I’ve ever had, which I must say has been very few. The grounds and the pond are beautiful and I’m blessed to have a corner unit that overlooks them. Great manager and staff
The Verandas of Punta Gorda is a fairly new apartment complex conveniently situated on the corner of Airport Road and Cooper Street in Punta Gorda. It’s a hotel styled building with elevators, stairways, laundry facilities, and a gym, as well as entertainment rooms and a hall with a small cafeteria/kitchen area. 24 hour available maintenance and more. This complex has one and two bedroom apartments.
