Rent Increases They increased my rent by 62.00 a month... I'm on SSD and will receive an increase of 32.00 a month... I will be making less money per month in 2020 then 2019... I will not be here in 2021... I would not recommend The Veranda Apt's to anyone except to people I don't care too much about... One wonder why I see many U-Haul trucks at the end of the month...
Brand New Spacious Apartments This property is nice and spacious. The office staff is helpful and polite. It took 30 days to get approve but I had a role to play In it to...as far as providing documents and completing paperwork. My apartment is gorgeous and filled with natural sunlight. We have a pool that’s open all year round. The property is quiet and pet friendly. I love it. My rent is affordable and that’s the most important thing. I would give this place a 10 !!! The Veranda is the place you want to be!!

The office staff is the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Also I witnessed drug busts, domestic violence and multiple families living in one small apartment. This place is trash.
I would not recommend this place. Office staff is replaced almost monthly. No one seems to know what they are doing. No one communicates and gives excuse after excuse. Lived here for almost a year without any problems except maintenance issues and issues no power for almost 3 days due to faulty wiring. No fire extinguisher for almost a heat and problems with office staff not doing their job unless you go in 10 times and talk to everyone in the office to get your issue solved ... Continue Reading
This place could use a whole new staff. Staff with apartment knowledge, and customer service training. This place is so awful
I have nothing good to say about this administration, why waste more time with them. Patrese, India and Britney know zero about administration. Very highly NOT recommended!!!
Horrible Literally the worst place to live!!! The office staff is completely awful and disgusting to you one you are locked into a contract. They act very pleasant and kind until there’s no way to back out! Yeah the facility looks nice but was built poorly. Live here for a week and you will see things fall apart right in front of you. When you ask to get it fixed you are treated horribly like it was your fault. They also take their sweet time if they even come to help fix it. I would definitely find somewhere else to live!
