Management Changed parking policy without informing me and got guest towed. Will not take ownership of mistake or do anything to help fix it. Live elsewhere if you can, will be filing complaints.
Terrible Service I was interested in theyre 2bd 2bth apartment and theyre were 6 available online on theyre webiste and on apartments.com. I called them 4 days in a row multiple times a day and every single time got an automated message asking me to leave my name and number and that they would give me a call back. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved and recommended this place to all my friends! However, in the last 6 months this place has turned to 💩 Maintenance orders aren’t being handled for weeks, the front office is extremely rude, unprofessional and has attitudes. The staff that used to be there was amazing and would work with the renters but the turnover rate at this office is ridiculous. This apartment complex has gone downhill since opening. I have lived her for 3 years.DO NOT MOVE HERE. Packages get stolen ALL the time. The apartment complex could careless. They no longer accept packages to be delivered to the leasing office and basically said it wasn’t their problem and I just had to deal with it. There’s new property managers and employees every month. Half the time you call and no one answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and no one returns the call. ways to improve Veranda would be not to tell someone that they were qualified for a unit and then lose their information on the apartment, give away their apartment and then say "it was their fault and they will make it right". Then come back and say that the person makes too much money to be a resident there. This is what they did to my 74 year old mother. I definitely do not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Nothing but lies
I do not recommended the Veranda for anyone looking to call “home”. My grandmother was told she had a unit the first week of June, on the 4th floor. Come first week of June we had not heard from the complex. Only to find out they made a “mistake” on their end and gave her unit away. Fast forward a couple of days- they claim she makes to much. After confirming she’d have a unit. 🙃 Do not waste your time with this complex. They’re full of empty promises and misleading information. Save your time and patience.
These apartments refused to give my mom a downstairs apartment after her stroke talking about a waiting list. We had a doctors note telling them about the situation and I guess the person in the office I spoke to felt the waiting list was more important than somebody that has an actual medical condition diagnosed by a doctor. I said all that to say these people up here whoever they are are trash......I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving there especially if you have or someone you know has special needs.
