Never a dull moment at the Vera.
I have excellent rental history but they denied me anyways. The application process is never ending and they deny you for the silliest reasons and wont let you do a bigger deposit. The application process took a month then it ended in denial anyways.
They treat their residents like they are trespassing. If you lose your fob key, don’t expect to gain access without buying a new one.
