WARNING: I would not recommend this apartment community. I am writing this review to document my experience with move-out charges at this property. At move-out, I was charged for wall conditions that did not involve any actual damage. The unit simply required routine repainting due to normal wear over time. There were no holes, or damage caused by me that would justify repair charges beyond standard maintenance. So I barely move in to The camelback venue on May… me and my roomie were really excited but unfortunately few days after we move in we started having many problems! First of all, we sign our lease on the last days of march which I think the Gm at that time could make sure our department was good…Like she was supposed too! Our patio door didn’t even close. I scheduled a tour for 2:30 PM, but my mom and I arrived early at around 12:03 PM. A leasing agent and another staff member came into the office at about 12:04 PM, and they were not busy at the time. Instead of assisting us or offering to show the unit, we were told to scan a QR code and schedule a self guided tour. We followed the instructions, completed the self tour process, and walked from the front of the property all the way to the back where the unit was located.
