DONT LIVE HERE. They have a severe german roach problem and they will crawl on you and on your food. $200 application fee. $100 in “smart “ features and by that they mean a pin pad that doesn’t work in the summer. They don’t have actual AC and turn it off half the year. There are cars parked for literal years with no notice or desire for them to be towed. 1 star. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place sucks. I pay over $2,000 a month, and the maintenance is terrible. I submitted a maintenance request over a week ago for the laundry room AC, and nobody has come to fix it. The laundry room is extremely hot, and the lights don't work at night, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. The gym equipment is also poorly maintained. One treadmill shows an E1 Stall error and the incline doesn't work, while another treadmill's belt slips while walking and twisted my ... read more
Mr white for maintenance was great. He quickly got what he needed done and entered and exited my home with a lot of respect. I also want to note he locked the door when he left.
Mr.white from maintenance is very professional and explains what was going on and what happens afterwards. He’s the only guy that I want back in my apartment. It’s guys like him that makes me want to continue my stay here
