This is a very fun event however, I "WON" the grand prize trip to Vegas while attending on my Bday with friends and family. I still have not received my prize and the only way to contact them is thru FB messenger where they keep giving no response and the run around. If the Venu hosted this they should be ensuring Bingo Loco comes thru on the prizes. I attended the event on Feb 20th. Im so dissapointed. We had such a blast and then a scam on the Grand Prize to Vegas!
Tyrus was great! Customer service was great! Good venue but chairs are too small and squished together. We were next to a fire door that had snow coming in. Also the sound man didn't do so well. Plus need a shorter distance to the door than down a tunnel where all the snow was blowing horribly. Not handicap friendly and there MANY disabled people there.
A Great place to watch shows!
Great rainy place for a party but getting in is a challenge. No real entrance signs or clear signs at all.
