Great space for the quarterly mastermind program my wife and I attend. Food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Today, the service was very slow Our server questioned us each time we asked for another drink "you want another" we were never checked on. I ordered a pop, and an hour and a half later finally asked for another she said "oh you want another" the manager was great and got us our stuff after calling him over. People left becasue they waited too long. Food is okay, but they definitely need to hire more qualified servers who care about guest experience, and not question us like we have three heads for wanting another drink.

The wait staff had no idea how to handle a 102 person dinner. Took over half hour for everyone to get food. What was supposed to be beef Wellington was a joke. Piece of steak with a small cold finger sized puff pastry. Never have your wedding here.
I hosted a corporate event at The Venue in May and our group had a great experience. The Venue was clean and beautifully appointed. Not only was the food flavourful and elegantly presented, but the service was top notch. Ashley, was the onsite manager at our event and she was accommodating and flexible and played a large role in ensuring all of our guests were well taken care of. We worked with Sierra and from start to finish was great to work with. We cannot thank you and your team enough!
