10 out of 10! They were such a joy to work with! I will recommend them to everyone that I know. My daughter had the most magical Sweet 16, they decorated everything beautifully! If you have a party, wedding or any type of big get together, choose them! You will not be disappointed !
My experience was completely unsatisfactory. The service was unreliable, and the final result was far below expectations. There was a clear lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and communication throughout the entire process. I felt ignored and disappointed after trusting this service. It was a total waste of both time and money, and I would strongly advise others to stay away.
