I’ve loved my time living at The Ventura! Although minor pain points can exist living in any larger complex, my time here over the last handful of years has overall been very pleasant and relatively smooth. Aaliyah has consistently been super helpful since joining the management team. She’s always responsive, receptive, and goes out of her way to provide a positive experience for tenants!
I've really enjoyed living here at The Ventura. The apartment is nice, clean, and comfortable, and I've been very happy with the overall experience. If you never plan on having guests, or don't mind feeling constantly obligated to pay for expensive repairs to their vehicle tires and wheels, then definitely move here. The gate entry is so idiotically designed nothing larger than a smart car could possibly fit into side of the entry where the gate code box is without causing serious damage to your vehicle.
Aaliyah in the leasing office always helps when needed and today she was great in helping me find my package! She is the best!
