I’ve debated on how to word this review ever since we moved out about a month ago when we decided to end our lease early. Our experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. So, where to start? This property management likes to sell the word “luxury”, and unfortunately this property does not provide luxury, but they sure make you pay for it. We were relieved to move out. Maintenance "fixed" our dryer, but still took 3+ hours to dry a small load. Always children in the hot tub, dog poo everywhere . Found 2 stray bullets while walking my kids to their bus stop. Would not recommend.
Very depressing. Offer little to no help for disabled or struggling people, Even if you fall down the stairs.
Although the property is great, the people are the reason for this 5 star review. I worked with Brittany during the application process and she was wonderful. She helped me at each step of the process and was clear and proactive in her communication. She went out of her way to make sure that my application got approved quickly and I am so appreciative of her efforts. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new home consider Ventura because the process and the people (especially Brittany) have been outstanding.
I had a great experience touring the property, thanks to Brittany! She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. She answered all my questions and really took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely appreciated her helpful attitude and I will be applying when my lease is up!
