Please, whatever you do, don’t live here. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, and chaotic. The first red flag was when my mother moved in. Her lease stated one amount, but when she received her July rent statement, it was over $2,000—more than $300 higher than what she was told. She paid the July rent late, but despite that, an eviction was filed against her. The eviction court was on 08/20, even though it shouldn’t have been since she had already paid for July.
