I had been looking for a home for over a year now. Multiple realtors, multiple offers, poor communication and all the same result. Dave consistently made my wife and I feel like his most important clients. Guy is a class act with his not messing around demeanor and professionalism. If there was an issue which wasn’t many, got it taken care of that day. Always made sure everyone was on the same page and he got us our dream home in a market where that seems next to impossible. Tom has been nothing short of amazing through this entire journey. I am a first time home buyer and although some parts of this process were overwhelming to me Tom was there every step to just listen to me vent or offer advice. His knowledge goes way beyond just real estate. Tom was always there to answer any and all questions I had during this process super quickly and efficiently.
