DO NOT MOVE HERE! My first 6 months of living here 2 people were murdered. MY CAR was broken into twice and the property manager didn't care. A neighbor had to break her lease because people kept breaking into her car. The police is always at these apartments. They had security for a while and stationed the security guards in the apartment above me. The security guards were bringing women in the apartment instead of securing the complex and I have the footage and photos of that. They tried to falsely charge me in the middle ... read more
Moving in here, the first 2 months we had a roach infestation. It was severely bad that the pest control didn’t help. The apartments are rundown and they paint over EVERYTHING. They don’t clean up well and I see dog poop constantly in front of a few buildings. Everything in the apartment was either broken, heavily painted over, or had a roach’s nest in. So many people are getting laid off from jobs and they get rid of the workers who are being helpful and understanding of situation.
I live here at the venti been here for years had no complaints mrs Dora always talk to me with respect and she take care of my concerns but for a few months now vicky,faith and Vanessa has treated me like I was a dog in the street I barely complain but today I called three back to back they kept sending my calls to the answering machine so I used my other phone and then they answered gave a excuse saying they had people in front of them so what still my call and ask me can I call because they are busy at the moment that cust... read more
I want to start off by saying Ms Vicki i hope i spelled it right she was the best leasing agent i came across she was very sweet and patient and funny and she helped get approved quick as possible i love the experience i had with her
