This place is special. Every single thing that I had was incredible. Their bread and butter: bomb. The wagyu old fashioned: incredible. We had the crab cake and wild mushroom risotto for appetizers. Amazing. My wife had their filet mignon with a side of béarnaise. She barely touched the sauce because the steak was great all on its own. From the moment we arrived, our experience at The Venetian Chop House was exceptional. Our server, Carrie, was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was dealing with a horrible throat tickle and jokingly begged her to leave the water pitcher at the table because I couldn’t stop drinking water. My daughter and I are staying at the hotel for a convention. We started with oysters Rockefeller. For our main course I had the scallops (appetizer) and she had the carbonara.
