I am visiting the area for an extended stay and needed a local stylist to color my grey roots. I decided to try The Velvet Salon and am so glad I did. Cee Jae did a fabulous job on my hair and also tinted my greying eyebrows—they have never looked better. She is friendly and welcoming, and the salon itself is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I’m thrilled to have found my go-to stylist away from home and look forward to returning soon.
I was nervous about getting my hair cut after growing it out for a while but Cee Jae is a magician with the scissors! She did an amazing job on my haircut and shine treatment. She was also very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. Plus, the head massage was heavenly!
I would highly recommend CeeJae and the Velvet Salon! I was lucky to find her a few years ago and she always does an amazing job with my hair. She takes her time so I never feel rushed and am happy with the result and the experience she provides exceeds any other salon I have been to. I love the authenticity and care that she and her salon provide.
Amazing! My daughter who had been my hair stylist for 20 years moved to Tennessee. I have a pixie cut and was so worried about finding a new stylist. My experience with Cee Jae was amazing. She listened to me, was so kind and I think read my mind! She cut my hair exactly to what I had envisioned. There were so many things that made my visit so comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
