I love the store. It’s close by my house. I live on seventh Street and Roosevelt. I had a back flat tire on my E bike. I went there and they were wonderful. They fixed my tire the same day and I’m gonna use the store all the time they’re very friendly and I really recommend the store.
I reached out to make an appointment for an integrated handlebar swap, on a tight timeline as I was only in phoenix for a week. Friendly staff, great service and quick turnaround when booking an appointment.
Meredith and the other person were friendly and knowledgeable. I was lucky at that moment I didn't have to wait long for a flat tire change and could continue my way biking. Will come back if I get another flat tire.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fast! Had a great experience with this bike shop. Got me back on the road in no time at a very reasonable price.
