No one there to open the store on time today and about 4 other people with bikes waiting to get in as well.
Great service , I had a couple issues with my specialized gravel bike , and it needs a lot of work , done to it , but the technician didn't have time to do it that day , but he did fix , so that I could at least riflde it to my next appointment. I will definitely be back to get the much needed work done . Thanks again for your help , on such short notice!
Velo is a fantastic bike shop. I’ve been mountain biking for the past 15 years and have been to a lot of bike shops, and Velo stands out for how knowledgeable, friendly, and honest they are. They also have a shop dog, which is a huge bonus. I brought in my Canyon bike after dealing with ongoing issues, and the team at Velo spent months helping troubleshoot it.
