Velo is a fantastic bike shop. I’ve been mountain biking for the past 15 years and have been to a lot of bike shops, and Velo stands out for how knowledgeable, friendly, and honest they are. They also have a shop dog, which is a huge bonus. I brought in my Canyon bike after dealing with ongoing issues, and the team at Velo spent months helping troubleshoot it. First time there and the second sentence from a guy wearing an apron was, " Yes, no, were strictly a high end bike shop and can't help with that." Wow ok, since I have two FiXiE bikes. Both Cenellis, 2008 Cinelli Vigorelli frame I needed a BB for. That is not high end enough? So I bought 2 tubes for 13 bucke each, that at other shops cost 4$.
