Best bike shop in AZ. Couldn't ask for better staff. Educated, efficient, and super sweet! Highly recommend
First time there and the second sentence from a guy wearing an apron was, " Yes, no, were strictly a high end bike shop and can't help with that." Wow ok, since I have two FiXiE bikes. Both Cenellis, 2008 Cinelli Vigorelli frame I needed a BB for. That is not high end enough? So I bought 2 tubes for 13 bucke each, that at other shops cost 4$. I love the store. It’s close by my house. I live on seventh Street and Roosevelt. I had a back flat tire on my E bike. I went there and they were wonderful. They fixed my tire the same day and I’m gonna use the store all the time they’re very friendly and I really recommend the store.
I reached out to make an appointment for an integrated handlebar swap, on a tight timeline as I was only in phoenix for a week. Friendly staff, great service and quick turnaround when booking an appointment.
