I'm thinking either nobody works there or they are closed....called numerous times and "can't leave a message, the mailbox is full"
They shut off one of my veins saying other veins would take over and my leg swelling would cease. That did not happen and in addition I have nerve damage in my groin and the back of my knee. 2 years later pain and lack of mobility still there. Went back and all they said is “let’s close another vein and see if that works”. Never heard of a place so unprofessional and uninformed

This week I had the most remarkable experience at the Vein Institute of Blue Bell. I took my 95 year old mother-in-law in for a vein ablation. From the receptionist who warmly greeted us and provided helpful information and support; to the PA, Melissa, who was so informative we had no questions for the doctor, and was helpful and kind as well; to all the nursing staff and Dr. O'Moore who were all extremely competent and unbelievably kind and compassionate.
