What can I say ..It’s been since December 2025 since my insurance gave me the okay for my procedure .The Hendersonville ,Tn office never ever called me back .I told them ,I didn’t feel secure going through this procedure based on how sloppy the communications were between patient and doctor’s office .Ive literally had over 35 hospital and in office procedures done in my life .Never did I experience such a neglected relationship between Dr.office and patient.I don’t know what to do now
