I’m writing this on behalf of my husband. The office staff really needs to communicate better with the providers and patients. He started this process back in July, went through all the insurance steps, and was told at his last visit—over a month ago—that they were just waiting on insurance approval and would call once it was ready. The paperwork even says not to call and check, so we trusted the process. After hearing nothing, they finally left a voicemail to call back, but it took several tries before anyone answered. Wonderful experience.
Dr Swan ruined my leg. I have more pain and more veins showing. I can't walk on my leg without pain shooting down my leg. I can't sleep without pain. It's been over 2 yrs and they have yet to call me back over this situation. The procedure itself was excruciating. They kept calling to set up an appointment to do my other leg. I said absolutely not and explained what happened to my right leg. They said someone would call me about it and they never did and wouldn't return my calls.
People are great, but billing? Rude as HELL! She also claimed that no one at vein guys knows how to do their job. She sounds oh so lovely.... So if you fire her, I'd absolutely love to give you guys 5 stars! :)
