Teri is the best! Came to Mindful on a referral from a friend. I had been going down to Gateway Aesthetics for botox and Juvederm but it was incredibly expensive. So glad I gave these guys a try. Teri was seriously much better at both, botox and the filler. Somehow it is alot less painful when she does it (I tried 2 different practitioner's at the Gateway). I had a great experience at Mindful Women Spa! It was a beautiful and relaxing setting with friendly and talented staff. I spent a few hours and could have spent the whole day! It's worth the drive to South Ogden for this relaxing spa. Would recommend to anyone!
My bf and I came here for one of the Valentines day specials, couples hour massage. We were very floored at that treatment we received from this place, that I couldn't stop ooo-ing and ahh-ing. Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant & prompt. Even though we were just there for an hour & half, they treated us like we were going to be there all day!
