Appointment was scheduled weeks in advance (August 20 @ 2 PM). August 19th I received a call from Vein Center. Due to a cancellation, I could opt for an 11 AM . I agreed to take the 11AM appointment. August 20th two and a half hours before my appointment, I received a phone call canceling my appointment. No vein tech; so I had to reschedule. Very unprofessional!! I am livid! I had made arrangements for a ride. Now I have to wait until August 28th, my spouse will have to miss work to take me. Ridiculous!
