I had my products carried in this store for nearly three years. During that time, I experienced a significant personal loss — I lost my uncle to suicide — which impacted my ability to send inventory as consistently as before. In December, I sent two shipments containing over 30 necklaces and 25 bracelets per package, which the store stated were never received.
