Ordered some dash light plugs emailed Nicole for confirmation of shipping no response. Called no answer voice mail says text the number. I texted the number still no response. I need to know when I will be getting what I ordered if not I will file a claim with my bank. As of now I think this company is a scam. UPDATE on product they canceled my order due to this review now they will get better business bureau complaint. As you can see, this company is very professional!
Apparently I was not alone.. If you are changing your business model… take down the website and save yourself and your customers the hassle and waste of time waiting for something that is never coming…Hope you get it sorted out..
Very disappointing service. ordered parts on 10/5..:called, txted, emailed…on 10/21 i sent one last request and on 10/25, i received an email saying my part is shipping. no tracking number and no further communications. it’s been almost 10 days and i’ve given up. hope i receive my money back. it’s like this is a hobby business..
Horrible. Placed an order on 10/18. Have not received any shipping confirmation and cannot get a response. Have emailed, texted and left a message with Nichole. Finally disputed with my bank today and will be buying the part elsewhere.
I am not sure what’s going on with you guys. I know life gets in the way of life sometimes. I ordered main bearings a month ago and still have nothing. I finally ordered some from across the country because I have my engine scattered across a bench. I requested to cancel the order but got no response. Hope you guys get it worked out cause we need a solid east coast bug supplier.
