First time seeing Chelsea and and I was super pleased. She made me feel comfortable and she was very attentive to descriptions I gave her for my haircut. She only works limited days a week, but worth the effort see her if you're able!

Chelsea was so nice and friendly. Really wanted to like my hair, but it ended up being a terrible cut for me. I don’t use heat styling tools on my hair period and made sure to express that there was no need to blow dry and style because I was going to go home and wash anyway and am expecting a cut that would enhance my hairs natural style. I had a hair appt at The Vault for my first time today, Kerissa did my hair. I loved the whole atmosphere of the salon, everyone working there was so friendly. I felt comfortable and at home. On top of all that, I am in LOVE with my hair. This is the place to be!
