Ellen and her team were so incredibly helpful with every single step of planning our wedding! She pays attention to detail and works so hard to bring your vision to life and her team is there working hard setting up everything and taking it down! They were also so friendly! I am so happy that we went through the vault for decorating! I would highly recommend them to anyone! 10/10 experience!
I’ve worked with a lot of people in a lot of places over the years, and The Vault is truly top-notch. Ellen and her team deserve at least 5 stars for their incredible patience, professionalism, and creativity. They were fantastic to work with—communication was easy, drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and they placed all of our décor beautifully (along with their own). They truly helped make our event stunning, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Our couple used The Vault for rentals at Enger Tower. The team showed up, unloaded the rentals into place within their quoted time frame. They were flexible with pickup and easy to work with.
