I had looked at the inventory ahead of time, so I knew exactly what vision I had for our wedding reception space. Ellen was great to work with between quoting, answering questions and making recommendations. It helped that she was familiar with our venue, too. On the day of, the crew showed up and had everything ready to go with plenty of time. The same goes for tear down: timely, organized and stress free.
Ellen and her team at The Vault did an amazing job decorating for my Christmas inspired wedding! The planning process was easy, and Ellen helped to brainstorm ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The Vault team was so efficient the day of, and the decor was stunning!

You will not regret hiring these people. Their attention to detail, customer service, care and support are second to none. I highly suggest, don’t do it all yourself. Enjoy your day, and leave everything’s else to these skilled professionals.
Extremely difficult to get ahold of via phone or in person. Once I was able to talk with someone I was told they have a $500 minimum. Unprofessional and unorganized.
