Ellen and her team - WOW! They did an incredible job with set up and making our vision look 1,000x more beautiful than we ever thought it could! We were speechless when we saw what they did with everything. They were so professional and thorough and clearly have the experience to pull off any event or wedding they want. I had looked at the inventory ahead of time, so I knew exactly what vision I had for our wedding reception space. Ellen was great to work with between quoting, answering questions and making recommendations. It helped that she was familiar with our venue, too. On the day of, the crew showed up and had everything ready to go with plenty of time. The same goes for tear down: timely, organized and stress free.
Ellen and her team at The Vault did an amazing job decorating for my Christmas inspired wedding! The planning process was easy, and Ellen helped to brainstorm ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The Vault team was so efficient the day of, and the decor was stunning!
