Great little place for an iced coffee on the go
Called The Vault to preorder 3 coffees so we would not be late to catch the ferry to Southport today. I was told we don’t do that. So we come on and order in the drive thru and a woman shot past us to go straight to window to pick up an order that was already prepared for her and zoomed out. Hmmm. Won’t be back.
Went there specifically for a midday coffee, and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful when recommending drink options. The atmosphere was open, lively, and welcoming, and the service was impressively quick.
Very pleasant staff and the drinks were great
I rarely rate places, but if you want coffee this place is NOT it. Smallest size is 12oz?! They also claim they “can’t make” microfoam. I make microfoam daily at home with my Breville for flat whites so this is competency issue. I decided to try it anyway and the coffee was so burnt I dumped it out. Sad because I heard the owners were good people. Clearly the staff is not trained AT ALL to make coffee…
