The store is amazing but the management is AWFUL!!! The guy, I’m assuming the owner, made us pay for a mug that my 8 month old accidentally knocked off the counter. The guy was impeccably rude to my baby. Yes, I said rude to a BABY! It would not have been a problem for us to buy the broken mug, but the guy behind the counter kept cursing at our child...do NOT shop here. Right here in downtown. Don't walk past it at lunch go inside and check it out.
Today was my first day visiting The Vault and I loved it. I hope this store gets much support. Top notch customer service! I think I may have to keep this a secret from my husband. He is a sports fanatic and would live in this store.
