I have a very bad experience of this clinic just now dated Feb 9,2023 specifically in the pine avenue longbeach location .Never go to this clinic . The staff has no proper coordination and poor management. I even called blue shield promise insurance to complain about their offending service but instead when they were ask about it they lie and make up stories on the situation . They were so unprofessional and I think they need more patient service training .
Ok, the wait was worth it. Doctors usually take 15 minutes and just say it’s stress…I would rather wait an hour for a doctor and talk to one for an hour if it means I’m going to be asked every question imaginable even going back to my very first menstrual cycle just to rule out anything that my previous doctors just couldn’t be bothered with.
Been on hold for over 2 hours today 01/12/2022 to schedule an appointment and still No Answer?!?! Help please. How do I get through or what other phone number can I call ?
Sadly, their main concern is not the child or children. They seem to be more concerned with pleasing the parents instead of making observations and suggestions on how to help a child. As a result, they probably pass by the child that really needs them to step in for her/his welfare. As a medical facility, they should be advising parents and help them to learn healthy ways to raise their children by having literature, discussions for the children's wellness, and giving examples for them. After Dr. Lee left I didn't get the same treatment for my boys with special needs. I love the staff, but the new pediatric thoes not care. Doctor Vasek is the worst she ingor all my symptoms told me "you have depressed and send to a counselor", when that was not the case. They take a long time to attend patients.
