I came with my friend who needed a procedure. The appointment was for 11 AM. He did not even go in for the pre-procedure Until 2 PM. This office does procedures every day, But they act like they just found out five minutes ago and then they scramble around like clueless, headless chickens and have so many appointments it’s like a factory with an assembly line.
