I have going here for year. I love these people, but I moved so I had to go to Mary t sach breast center (hate them) I will be driving the 45mins to come back here everyone is wonderful. I messed up by trying another place,cThat to ill never happen again
The 2 ladies at the check-in desk, very helpful and kind, went out of their way to help me. I would like to thank them. Grand View health is very lucky to have people like that working for them. Thanks again.
Everything went well until encountering the very rude people working in the receptionist area, especially the woman to the left. Apparently GV Hospital looks the other way because the negative comments about the receptionist area go back 5 years. People with medical issues and who are ill shouldn't have to be subjected to this kind of rude behavior. I expect to see the auto response “….We continually strive for an exceptional patient experience…”
They have excellent staff, nursing nurses aids, and doctors of all been great to me. I’ve been here a few times because of my multiple ailments and every time they’ve been good to me, taking care of me and better.
