I had them for 3 years and their service is the worse! They dont answer the phone. Sound like someone hates their job or their makin 15 hr still that they seen very angry at life, they are BAD for business! They should check and evaluate workers again! Dont rent from this company everyone

I am very dissatisfied with the service I get from this Vanguards Company because when it comes to handling issues, these people are not on top of their business.
Before the company was called Vanguards, they were known as NAI property ran by Emilie Kwon. Despite paying on time, they never get back to you regarding your concerns and they never return your security deposit. By law they were supposed to itemized all the repairs they did once you move out, however, the cost didn't amount to your deposit. They lack integrity and they will make fake reasons just so you won't be able to get your deposit.
