I’ve had to spend considerable time at three high-level hospitals with UVA and Johns Hopkins being the other two. Vanderbilt is easy to navigate and overall runs pretty smoothly. JH is hard to beat in my experience, but out of the three, Vandy is a close second.
Caring staff and a friendly atmosphere. The clinic is also very clean and modern.
