Vanderbilt is so amazing for a first timer or for experienced and they are on top of things like work orders or if your need assistance on lease term or maybe want to add something such as carport parking ! When I first lease here it was an easy set up and smooth transition. And shout out to Alejandro C who the leasing Manager and Emely S. Who is I Beleive the community Manager Both of them is always on top of the neighborhood emails if anything new or anything change on the property !! Trash. Don’t move here! They gonna rob you blind and barely fix anything. I’ve had the same issues since I moved in ‘22. Office staff has high turnover rate so it’s impossible to get on the same page. Apparently the property owners have to approve a lot, so getting things repaired takes months if they ever get handed. If moving wasn’t so dreadful I would’ve moved a long time ago
