I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel overall. I stayed for more than 20 days, and I would especially like to thank the front desk team for being friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I stayed at this hotel for more than 20 days in total. During my stay, I spent one full week sleeping on a broken bed. At that time, the manager was on vacation. When the manager returned, he apologized, fixed the bed, and promised to compensate us by giving us four days free. However, it has now been three weeks, and I still have not received any refund or compensation. Had family from Miami recently stay at the hotel. It is clean and absolutely modern and beautiful. The front desk staff were all wonderful to my guests. The prize is the restaurant in the building. The food combined with the jazzy atmosphere is a winning combination for anyone looking for a fresh exciting place. Increasingly an event venue that happens to have residents in it. Three years here. The staff and the resident community are genuinely great. The issue is that this building is rapidly becoming an event space. The restaurant hosts private parties, weddings, and showers constantly; one recent Friday had three separate events in a single day. Beautiful on the tour, miserable to actually live in. I've lived here three years and I'm leaving the first chance I get. This building shows beautifully and sells you on the amenities: library, game room, pool, courtyard, on-site restaurant. What they don't tell you is that those amenities increasingly aren't for you, the resident paying to live here.
