Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that one of your employees was protesting at an anti-mask rally organized by a white supremacy group (Patriot Prayer) this past week. Normally, I wouldn’t even care, but she has her pic posted in a national publication (Washington Post) and mentions several times that she is a “triage nurse” for Vancouver Clinic. I’m not sure this is how you want to be represented in a national publication.

Arrived at this clinic having had chest pains and high blood pressure for a couple days, after the doctor did a couple test he said it was just sore muscles and sent me home, two days later I was in the emergency room, the next day i had a quadruple bypass. no confidence left in them. me and mine will never go back to this place

This is regarding the new VC in Ridgefield, WA. I was charged $510 total to ask for antibiotics for a known skin issue (no test required) and to freeze a tiny seed wart on my thumb. I assumed all the costs would be covered with the $200 deposit on my card as I do not have insurance. Had they explained to me the cost would be this ridiculous I would have declined the service and gone to a VA hospital. I called to get an explanation and was never called back, so I am posting this review to let people know they charge astronomi... read more

I have been going to the Vancouver clinic for literally as long as I can remember. In the midst of a pandemic, you’d think they would care a little more about someone DESPERATELY trying to refill an anxiety/depression medication. I’ve called, have had a nurse leave a message for my doctor, and have sent MULTIPLE messages myself. It’s been DAYS and I still have heard absolutely nothing back from ANYONE. Thanks Vancouver clinic, I’ll just be a depressed anxious mess until you decide that I’m important enough to respond to.

Tonight my husband showed up to Urgent Care after they had locked the doors. He knocked nicely since it was literally right as they closed and asked if there was anyway our son could be seen for a possible fracture. They agreed and let him in. Even though he was stressed out they took the time to help him and our son get the care they needed instead of just sending us to the hospital across the street. Right now with everything going on the hospital is the last place we wanted to expose our son to. Thank you so much TVC.

I showed up to my appointment on time today, a new client. The door to the office was locked, so I waited for the receptionist to put her phone call on hold and unlock the door. She came to the door, unlocked it, opened it and turned on her heel to walk back to the desk and resume her phone call. No eye contact with me, no smile, no greeting. It was surreal. That is the worst customer service I have seen. Needless to say, I did not stay for my appointment, and I cancelled my daughter’s appointment as well. I work in healthca... read more

Been on hold to talk to someone for over 3 hours. Another example of the impersonal treatment you can expect. This seems to be the norm.

I’m not sure what is up with the phone situation, but it’s unbelievable to me that you haven’t done more to address it. It’s been going on a long time (at least a month). Have people work overtime, cross train other positions, hire a temp agency! But this is completely unacceptable. The wait times are lies (called twice today, was told 7 minutes the first time and 4 minutes the second time but both times the system kicked me out after 20). If I leave a call back number, no one calls me back (happened Monday and today—at work... read more
