Vancouver Clinic incorrectly billed my mother for a Medicare Wellness visit that she did not ask for. We have spent months trying to get this resolved. This is not the first time we've had billing problems with Vancouver Clinic and raises questions about the integrity of the business.
I DO NOT recommend Vancouver Clinic for anything! If you end up in the ER don’t let them touch you and ask for another Doctor. They will leave you disabled and you’ll end up having more medical with different doctors. JUST SAY NO!!
Why does it take 15 mins of being on hold to schedule an appointment?? Decreases my confidence in your practice.
We were told we would have test results in 48-72 hours. After not answering the phone for over 40 minutes a family member DROVE to the clinic for test results as it's been over 72 hours but then was told 8-10 days, MAYBE Monday. If we had known that, we wouldn't have consented to the test in the first place and gone elsewhere!!! We need those results BEFORE Monday, please. This is crazy. I pay these bills. Shame on me for not reading the Google reviews before my family headed over because there's been a similar complaint.
so apparently only you can go to an appintment been stuck outside my appointment for 45 minutes so far after fighting for the last 4 weeks to get the appointment! oh and since sitting outside I have seen 6 couples go inside and get seen at the same time but they are worried about my baby?

RecommendedI had breathing issues a few years ago. Diagnosed with walking pneumonia. Couldn’t get in to see Longview doctor....kept getting PA’s....waiting room waits were an hour or more...kept getting antibiotics and steroids. I finally got fed up and went to Vancouver clinic. It was a blessing. No long waiting times (ever), VERY organized and had exam, xrays, breathing treatment and blood test in 1 1/2 hrs! Awesome! Love this place.
My sister came in the clinic earlier this evening around 3:00. She was attacked by multiple men by where she lives and has a concussion,lacerations,kneck pain,her whole face is swelling, and her vision is blury. She described her experience to me and im extremely disappointed and heart broken as to the treatment that was given to her. The staff (nurses/MA's) are extremely uncaring on the phone and the PA is very dismissive about pain in my own body, which I should know my own body. And they make really bad first impression on new patients. The Cardiology doctor on the other hand is fantastic and very attentive, which is rare with doctors.
You guys need to send this bill to our orange headed leader: you guys billed me $339.00 for the Corona Test and $25 ucks for the lab Shame on you! https://m.facebook.com/story.php…
