I have been going there for years and they are GREAT!!!! Anyone who thinks differently must just be a problematic person, great doctors and great staff
The office staff is RUDE & USELESS!!! It takes forever to get a priorauthorization done by the billing department & when THEY forget to do it they make it out like its your fault for not following up on it even though I already told them once that a priorauthorization needed to be obtained in the first place!!! They make you feel as though you are bothering them with your questions. Maybe its you. You sound like a me me me person. This practice is one of the top in the area. When my wife and I could not have a child, we went to them on high recommendations. He is now 10 yrs old thanks to this group. We found the staff and all the Dr's very pleasant. So like I said, maybe you need an attitude adjustment and stop thinking with your fake boobs and all your botox treatments and start using your brain for once.
I wasted 6 months with these people. It is impossible to get in touch with them when you need to, noone can give you a straight answer when you doctor is going to be in and the receptionist likes to leave the answering machine on during business hours so you can't get in touch with them alltogether. 6 months of dragging things out with useless tests and I accomplished ZERO.
