Competency isn't high here. Appointments count for nothing. You will wait and wait and wait and wait, and if you call to tell them you are running late, they will insist on you changing your appointment. This place is a mix of all of my fears for the future of health care. Currently been waiting an hour for a PPD shot. A freaking PPD. WILL SOMEONE INJECT ME ALREADY? !?!?!
