I smell a monopoly here because this company treats its customers like disposable trash.
This review is directed to Valley Health System leadership regarding care provided within its affiliated network, including Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center. If I could give them a ZERO I would. But let me explain... Went in to one of their ER's at the suggestion of an taxi cab. The medical treatment was fine. The nurse and PA were super nice so this has nothing to do with the medical treatment I got. As for the business side of their company, totally different story. They are a scam at best. I call numerous times gave them my address and got no bill. Said I could make payments still nothing. To get to a live person I waited over 1.5 hours. Went to emergency room, after my issue was resolved, the lawyer's office paid them, but a few days later they sent me letters asking for payment, sent them proof of pay, they still kept with their collection process, someone from the hospital called and said she was gonna take care of the mishap, she basically lied, never called the lawyer's office, instead I received a letter from a collection agency, even after I send them receipts and check copies. I really should sue them for harassment and fraudulent debt collection.
Myra in scheduling has difficulty providing my results, access to results or the records department. States it could take 24 to 48 hours for someone to contact me. Is this the USA on healthcare? Or is this just Nevada on healthcare? Pathetic - outside the US no difficulty obtaining just here. It is obviously rocket science. Valley Health System needs to review their process and get with the times.
