I am from out of town. We went to the hospital because my husbands cough was not getting better. Wheezing coughing the whole nine yards. The emergency department personnel were great. Very attentive. Returned back to my country and received a call from Paula Craft. She is very kurt. Rude!!!! advised me to pay $3500 don't listen to the advise of my Travel Insurer who told me to not pay anything out of pocket. They will take care of it. I find amazing that all the jobs advertised on the valley health system nobody actually gets back to you . I have applied for numerous jobs and they don't reply back , appalling system
