Myra in scheduling has difficulty providing my results, access to results or the records department. States it could take 24 to 48 hours for someone to contact me. Is this the USA on healthcare? Or is this just Nevada on healthcare? Pathetic - outside the US no difficulty obtaining just here. It is obviously rocket science. Valley Health System needs to review their process and get with the times.
I find amazing that all the jobs advertised on the valley health system nobody actually gets back to you . I have applied for numerous jobs and they don't reply back , appalling system, all jobs are fake and don’t exist

I am from out of town. We went to the hospital because my husbands cough was not getting better. Wheezing coughing the whole nine yards. The emergency department personnel were great. Very attentive. Returned back to my country and received a call from Paula Craft. She is very kurt. Rude!!!! advised me to pay $3500 don't listen to the advise of my Travel Insurer who told me to not pay anything out of pocket. They will take care of it.
