Dr. Hugh Burt is an amazing doctor and is the best doctor that I’ve gone to in Las Vegas. The whole clinic is very attentive and very knowledgeable. I was having a myriad of issues and they addressed all of them very thoroughly and provided treatment quickly that got me feeling better. I am very thankful for them!
The worst experience ever! Please don't waste your time the DR has zero clue on what she is doing along with her team.
Probably the worst health care experience I’ve ever had. You can’t reach the front office, you will be sent to a call center that doesn’t even have your medical info. They mess up appointment scheduling (why was I sent to a Union Member only health center?) and can’t even fax documents without being explicitly told to do so. I’m having surgery and will likely have it pushed back due to them not following proper protocol for getting me cleared. I am switching as soon as possible. Insanely incompetent
Doctor Bledsoe is Amazing, staff is amazing, if not for the call center rearranging appointments and scheduling me with the wrong doctor, telling me it was with my doctor, telling me one time, scheduling me for not only a different time, but different day. Get rid of the call center and you'd have 5 stars.
Incredibly difficult to get a hold of, very poor client service and very little patience by Staff... And the message received to call back ?? THEY NEVER PICK UP OR CALL BACK...you have my phone number you can call me to discuss....but I know you won't...do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. They provided me a referral that was done incorrectly and still 2 weeks later I have not got it corrected,
