I just started being seen here but do to insurance and red tape I’ve had frequent interaction with this office. Everyone is so helpful nice. It’s simple and fast to speak with someone on the phone (uncommon). I’m a new patient in a difficult circumstance and Dr Carla could easily say “not my problem”, but instead, has been so helpful. When you deal with chronic issues, having trust in your primary care physician is vital. I’m so glad I was referred to Venado Health.
I hate to do this but people really need to know and stay well clear of this clinic. This place literally ruined my life. I had already been chronically ill for the better half of my life but then took a turn for the worst after many months of oral glutathione powder which was administered at the Valley Clinic. Dr. Ketover and his wife are very passionate, smart and caring people but they are using glutathione with the utmost ignorance.
