Excellent representative and realtor. Thought of things before I would be aware would be needed. Never had to ask anything twice and often was preemptive in asking the questions. I enjoyed the service he provided and never came across and someone who knew better than you, but at the same time, when he didn't know an answer, he researched and found it for you. No hesitation.
