I’ve lived here for 4 years, once the new company took over everything went BAD! My toilet is broken, and I mean needs to be completely replaced, there are sharp edges that my kid has almost cut themselve. I’ve had to close and lock the bathroom completely so we are also out of a shower and a sink. I put a work order in on July 3rd 2019. If there was an option for a negative star, I would have chosen that. This apartment complex has several issues including the following: pest, horrible customer service from management which includes Sherry, lack of maintenance & lack of ethics. My brother's family along with several other residents have had to endure living with no heat for several months in the winter and several types of pests to include rats and roaches.
