The HOA is going way too high while the service remains the same as before. The HOA company has hired some non-qualified people recently. We already have a nice lady in the front desk office now they have hired a second front desk a guy named Alex who absolutely doesn't do anything, very rude and unhelpful and always entitle with a bad attitude. I have witnessed many times he arguing with the paying residents instead of helping them act like he is the complex owner! So paying a useless guy like this is the reason my HOA went... read more
The best HOA. Super helpful. 24/7 security. The HOA management always helps with everything in no time. And a Maintenance guy is walking around to fix things and make sure the residents are doing well. I have another unit in a different address and I pay the same for HOA and they never respond for anything. This place is a paradise and so cheap in price for what you get!
So far they're struggling. Lock box is hidden among 80 other lock boxes took maybe 10 minutes to find it. In the office now and they are struggling to figure out how to help setup an app that will help with the door access. I'll update this if we continue to stay but as of now F rating
