The Property Manager, Maria, and team are amazing, really helpful to solve any problems or questions and approachable people. The community is great. The apartment and common areas are always clean and safe. Thank you for the great work and to provide a great atmosphere and place to live!

We moved on about a month and a half ago, and we've been nothing but pleased. Maria and Melissa are so helpful and attentive with any question we bring to them and are so open to feedback if we do find something to not be up to par Love it here!
The Val is a beautiful, state-of-the-art apartment building. Though I only visit family here, the incredible staff is so helpful to them; I feel as though I am part of the team. Most importantly noted is their attention to the residents. At any time the wonderful people, from staff leadership to maintenance, are on call to assist in any way. The building is maintained by a professional staff, and competitive rent for the area. It's always a pleasure when I visit the VAL,
