Horrible I had plans for December 20 of 2024 and I supposed they had a fake website and I booked everything just to be told it wasn’t real and they can’t make new dates so soon horrible me and my husband was SUPPOSED TO GET MARRIED HERE !!!!!!!! All I got was a email saying all of December has been canceled
WOW! What an amazing and smooth wedding venue. I work with Kary for months and months with 10000 questions and details. On September 21, 2024 the magic happened. ALL of the Vail staff with top notch. They worked like clockwork, they were extremely helpful with everything and I was so thrilled. Kary and her team are amazing and I would recommend any event-ours was a large wedding and reception, to be held at this beautiful and helpful venue. I would use The Vail 1,000,000 over again. The Vail was awesome for our wedding reception! The staff were great to work with and all so friendly! The space is beautiful and spacious! We had over 400 people attend and it did not feel crowded at all! I would highly recommend using The Vail for your wedding!
