Very friendly, helpful,and reasonable
The customer service started out great. Very informative & helpful. As I went to pay for my purchases, I was bombarded with unsolicited 'advice' on how I am being careless & uninformed because I choose to use a form of payment that isn't traditional. As I tried to explain how & why I choose to pay using....... I was told I WILL BE hacked! I wondered if this sales person would have been as upset when people started to use a car instead of horse & buggy. What great service! Our vacuum for our auto repair shop started smoking and quit working. Brian was at our shop in Mesa and said he would take it to their shop in Casa Grande to break it down and let us know if it can be fixed. I get a call from Brian a couple hours later and find out that the wrong belt was installed and it was clogged and quite dirty.
