If you're looking for an honest, reliable mechanic for your Volvo who are experts in their craft, look no further. The V Shop is the only place I will take my vehicle to. They take care of my vehicle like it's their own and they don't over charge like the dealerships do. The office staff is friendly and inviting and very communicative during the repair process. I highly recommend the V Shop for all your Volvo mechanical needs.
We love the V Shop. This is our 2nd Volvo! First one, XC90, we put 250k miles on it with VShop servicing it all along the way. No issues but getting old. We now have over 100k on our 2020 XC60. Just took it to Spokane and back after VShop service. Kyle and the guys are great. Highly recommend!
I called around to get a key fob programmed for my 2024 XC60 and the team here were able to get me into their tight schedule. The service advisor, Margret, told me to drop off the car when they opened, at 7:30a, and they would get it in as soon as they could. I got a call back around 10:30a and they had gotten it all done... I got a text message as well with the invoice. All DONE!
Outstanding customer service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. They have earned my business for over a decade. This is the only place I'm comfortable bring my car to.
