I had my car serviced here and they deleted the drive data (perhaps by disconnect my battery) and I had to drive around for over 3 months trying to get the correct drive patterns to pass the DEQ test. In the end I ended up taking it back to them and they denied that was the issue, I paid 50$ to have them drive my car and get the correct patterns, after this my car passed the test. I've been taking my Volvos to the Vshop for 12+ years and in my opinion they are the best in the business by far. They are true experts and always very professional in everything they do. Highly Recommended - If your Volvo needs attention this is the best place there is.

I will take my 2002 Ocean Race Edition no where else. I love my car but they love it just as much. It’s a bit more expensive than some other shops but I trust these folks with a car that they serviced for over 15 years. The V Shop rocks!

HI Kyle, I am very impressed with your operation at V-Shop and the format you use in analyzing the condition of mechanical and electronic systems. I don’t know how far into the future you are booked, but replacing the ‘breather box’ and the leaking bushing of one of the trailing arms is AOK. At 81 years of age, and the car being over 15 years old, I am only concerned with equipment that is not functioning as it should. I was told I needed extensive work on my 2008 S80 which would amount to $6,000 or more. A friend told me about the V Shop and they discovered a broken wheel strut and replaced it for $800 then examined the other so called necessary fixes and determined I could wait another 1-2 years. That’s the level of their service and I am glad to recommend them.
