Very honest about repairs and required maintenance.
An experienced, trustworthy small Volvo shop with ultra-friendly communications and A+ customer service. The V Shop actually goes many extra miles in the background in assuring your car is in proper driving condition. Nice, all the way.
We were facing an expensive air conditioner repair based on some earlier tests. Luckily V Shop double checked the issue before starting and found that the real problem was really in a much cheaper and easier to replace component. My Volvo XC70 is old by normal standards, but not with a well maintained Volvo standard, especially with reliable mechanic, like V Shop
Because we live four hours away from The V Shop, I am entirely willing to drive the miles needed to get their top quality work, & skilled & friendly help at a reasonable cost. I have total confidence in this small, dedicated crew!
