I’ve been a customer at the Vshop for nearly two decades. They’re service has never disappointed me in all these years. I’ve relied on them for routine, yearly maintenance work & I’ve been satisfied that their work is first rate and their prices are honest & competitive. Always upfront and honest. The only shop I trust with Volvos. They do a good job of identifying potential issues early. Rarely have I ever had an unexpected expense.
I’ve had about 7 or 8 volvo shops since my first volvo at 16, 4 of those in Portland, and V Shop is by far the best. I don't have any reason not to give 5 stars, despite the unavoidable inconvenience of owning and maintaining a volvo. The unique experience I had with this shop was through thoughtful and never-rushed conversations with Kyle about which repairs I needed in order to drive safely and which repairs I could technically put off, and for how long. Great service. My Volvo is now 15 years old and my only repair outside of regularly scheduled maintenance has been to change the battery. In part because the service at the V shop has been wonderful and they keep my car in tip top shape.
