The room was comfortable I liked the chill vibe at the pool area and the view of the mountains. I just felt super uncomfortable watching and listening to the manager Rusty on duty. Other guests agreed and even asked the front desk staff for his name to write a review because he was very rude and yelling at the other staff members. The stay was perfect for a little getaway with my babygirl. Everything was so clean and I know to many that’s a huge deal! Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable from check-in to the pool area/bar. I will say the pool furniture has seen better days. I saw a lot of ripped and torn pool loungers to a point where the foam was coming out. Some were heavily damaged and stained which doesn’t look professional. DO NOT STAY HERE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to share it. We arrived around 10:30 p.m., and our room was well over 100 degrees because the A/C wasn't working properly. We contacted the front desk and were moved to another room, only to find that it was also over 100 degrees. This place is horrible but the worst part is the bartender at the pool bar that is giving himself a 20% tip without anyone's knowledge never coming back to this place again

I stayed at this hotel Monday through Thursday and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the pool was dirty and not well-maintained. I was looking forward to relaxing, enjoying my vacation by the pool, but that was impossible because of its condition. The pool bar was also a major let down every single day. There was nothing available, no beer or not a drink menu. So there was very little to choose from. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again based on my experience.
