A dry palm branch fell on us while we were getting a tan . It struck my leg . I went to the front desk to tell them. But they said it’s normal for that period of time . And they didn’t trim the palms yet .

This property is completely misrepresented in its photos. What we arrived to was shocking and nothing like what was advertised. The room smelled strongly of mold, and the floors were visibly wet when we walked in. The entire property appeared neglected, with overgrown weeds and clear lack of maintenance throughout. The pool was dirty, and the surrounding furniture was torn, rotting, and unsanitary. The overall environment felt unsafe and unclean and not just outdated, but genuinely not suitable to stay in.
