We booked a 2-night stay at The V Hotel Palm Springs with our small kids, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we walked into our room, it was extremely hot — about as warm as the 118°F outdoor temperature that day. The air conditioning took hours to cool the room, which made it really uncomfortable, especially for our toddlers. It would have been nice if the hotel had turned on the AC before guests checked in. Had a really good experience. Was confused by some of the bad reviews. Updated very nice clean rooms. Pool was nice. Extremely quiet! Will stay again
The air conditioner was not working right. My dad almost had a heat stroke. They need stronger A/C.
Never got my deposit back. Going on 2 weeks.
