Poor communication. I reached out via messaging directly from the website. I was told that my weight (BMI) did not meet the requirements. I had not weighted myself in almost 5 months. a few days later I weighed myself, only to find out I was heavier than I thought & that in fact, my BMI DID meet the requirements......so I filled out the assessment & requested to be contacted.
